Why Neuro-Linguistics, Time Line Therapy & Hypnosis?

Many of you have something you want to change. You may have tried to change and know that, if you could, your life would be easier, happier or stress-free. Even thinking about that now may bring up thoughts of how difficult it was or how easy it seemed at first, or of the internal conflicts or reasons you had to not succeed and make that change.
You may have thoughts, negative emotions or limiting beliefs, or exhibit behaviour or reactions which you know should be easy to control but, when it happens, it happens instantly or, once it starts you don't seem to stop it. You may have a habit you would like to overcome, such as smoking or eating certain foods. Some of you may be keen to exceed expectations in whatever it is that you do or want to do now, for example, in sports, your personal life or career.

How does it work?

All problems, unwanted behaviours and negative emotions are patterns. They are learned responses that can quickly or over time become unconscious. For example, a phobia is a learned pattern resulting from something you experienced in the past. Whether you remember that experience or not, when triggered now, the learnt pattern occurs rapidly.

These techniques are concerned with the structure of the pattern as opposed to the specific content. This means, in the case of negative emotions, they can be removed by us focusing on the structure of the problem without dwelling on the detail.

NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis techniques are safe and comfortable and work by tapping in the brain to short-circuit unwanted patterns quickly and easily. Once we disconnect those patterns, you will be liberated from your old ways of being.
